Located on the top of St Jean, Abaca offers a spectacular view overlooking the ocean and the bay of St Jean. This villa welcomes you in simplicity to a comfortable and quiet atmosphere. Two bedrooms are located on the right of the villa with each a beautiful sea view. The third bedroom is located in the mezzanine above the living-room. The fourth bedroom is more suitable for children. The fully equipped kitchen is separated from the terrace by a bar. The pool is not big but while relaxing in the fresh water, you will enjoy the best the breathtaking view.
A tenant has its apartment underneath the villa but it is totally independent with a private entrance and Villa Abaca keeps all its privacy.
